Overcoming Deal Killers
Overcoming Deal Killers is a course designed to teach agents about how to overcome certain industry "deal killers." The course covers eight topics including: synthetic stucco, radon gas, Polybutylene piping, Louisiana Pacific siding, Masonite siding, lead based paint, asbestos, and mold growth. Our courses get rave reviews because we teach agents how to logically deal with such issues when they arise.

Mold and Its Impact on Synthetic Stucco Homes
Mold and Its Impact on Synthetic Stucco Homes combines two very important issues facing the homebuyer and seller today: Mold and Synthetic Stucco. Mold has become a huge issue with homes lately, especially with synthetic stucco homes. Schedule this course and learn how to resolve problems with mold growth in synthetic stucco homes.
Home Inspection Basics
Home Inspection Basics is geared towards new agents in the real estate industry. The course covers what a home inspection is, why it is important, different types of inspections and common problems found during each, how to select an inspector and how to prepare for a home inspection. The course covers essential information to new realtors and will help new agents avoid learning about inspections through trial and error.
Report Basics
Report Basics is a course that details what is covered in a residential home inspection. The class will help agents differentiate between structural or mechanical issues and cosmetic issues. The class will also cover the history and membership requirements of ASHI.
Understanding and Resolving Moisture Problems with Stucco
Understanding and Resolving Moisture Problems with Stucco is the newest addition to RIA's Continuing Education program. It is designed to provide real estate agents the necessary tools to successfully buy and sell stucco homes. The class explains the history of E.I.F.S, the cause of common moisture problems with stucco and how to address those problems. Agents will gain knowledge of how to properly inspect stucco for moisture and how to obtain a moisture warranty. Materials for this course were provided by Moisture Free Warranty.
What people are saying about our courses:
"As the Agent Services Manager for RE/MAX Metro Atlanta, one of my primary goals is to provide our Agents with quality continuing education programs. This year, we have had the pleasure of working with The Residential Inspector of America and have enjoyed several of their informative CE Classes, taught conveniently at our Cityside Office. The courses are interesting, innovative and relevant for all Realtors – whether new to the industry or an experienced professional. My Agents especially appreciated the enthusiasm and knowledge of the Instructors, and we were extremely fortunate to have Bob Lemoine – the company's President – teach two of these classes. We look forward to future CE Classes with The Residential Inspector of America and working with this professional organization."
