All of our inspectors are ASHI certified and inspections are conducted according to the ASHI Standards of Practice. (What's ASHI?)
Having an ASHI certified inspector means you are getting an inspector certified through the nation's oldest and most widely recognized home inspection certification program.

All of our inspectors are ICC code certified. (What's ICC?)

We are professional members of SBCCI. (What's SBCCI?)
SBCCI is an organization that certifies inspectors who pass rigorous testing on various codes, such as the building code, the plumbing code, the residential code, etc.  Being members of this group means our inspectors are up-to-date on the most recent codes used in Georgia, and will identify any code violations in your home.

Our stucco inspectors are certified through the Exterior Design Institute, or EDI. (What's EDI?)

We're so confident in our inspections that we'll give you 90 days from the date of the inspection to find anything that was missed.  If you find that something is not right after you move in, we will make it right.

We offer Radon and Mold testing to help you protect your investment.  See our Services page to learn more about these services.
Radon and mold are serious concerns for homebuyers and homeowners today.  Our testing equipment will let you know if there is a problem so you can move forward in solving it.  This will spare you and your family of any health hazards and protect your investment in the long run.

We are fully covered by General Liability insurance.
Liability insurance protects you in the event that something in the home is accidentally damaged during our inspection.

We are fully covered by Errors and Omissions insurance (E & O).
Errors and Omissions insurance protects you in the event that our inspector misses something very significant in the home.  This rarely happens, but in the unlikely event it does, you are protected.

We are covered by Workman's Compensation.
Workman's Compensation insurance protects the inspector in the event he is hurt during the inspection.  Many builders require this type of insurance for home inspectors to inspect homes in their subdivisions.

Convenience for YOU

We produce an on-site computer generated report with digital photography of problem areas.
Time is of the essence, and therefore you will not wait for your inspection report one minute longer than you have to.  The pictures in our reports will help clear up any areas of confusion, and overall make your inspection negotiations smoother.

Each of our inspectors has a lockbox key.
A lockbox key means convenience for you because our inspector can let himself into the house, just like a real estate agent.  This means that if you are running late, or can't make the inspection, your inspector will still perform his job as scheduled.

We accept major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We want to make it easy for you - so we accept many different forms of payment so you can decide what works best for you.

We offer Termite Letters on-site during the inspection.
RIA inspectors are able to write termite letters at the time of the inspection for buyers and/or sellers.  If a home is found to have a problem, our sister company, RIA Termite and Pest Control Solutions can provide a wide variety of treatment options for termite and pest control problems.
